Refund Policy

While we hope that you are thrilled with your purchase, we want to be the perfect fit. Due to the nature of our product and with consideration for the hygienic concerns of all of our customers, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our intimate apparel. Dresses that meet our standard eligibility requirements are eligible for exchange only. Made-to-Order items are final sale.

Our requirements are as follows:
-All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
-Items being exchanged must be in original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
-We will not accept any worn, damaged or washed garments.

We only offer size exchanges on the same product. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 14 working days. If your replacement item is not in stock, you will be notified by email.

Sale items are not exchangeable.
